The interview process was super quick and really organized. First, I spoke with the recruiter who was very professional and friendly. She laid out the whole interview plan, asked good questions, and was really upfront about how she was taking notes, which made it feel open and easy. It was a good example of a respectful and organized video chat. Then, I interviewed with the Director of Talent Acquisition. They kept the same vibe. The questions were really direct, and it was obvious they knew the role and what they needed. I got to talk about my background, share my thoughts, and say why I was interested in what the company does. After that, they told me what to expect next. Just a few hours later, the recruiter called to set up a short follow-up. On that call, she let me know I got the job and what the next steps were. Right after, I got the offer documents with a clear deadline. Once I accepted, they guided me through getting ready for onboarding, with a contact person for questions and always quick responses. If I needed anything cleared up, my contact or the recruiter helped keep things moving. Basically, it was fast, put together, and respectful. I always knew what was going on, and I liked that they were focused on being clear and making sure candidates had a good experience.

It started with a phone screen with HR, and then there was an in-person interview with the founding attorney. The interviews were pretty laid back and felt like a conversation, but they definitely got into the details of my relevant experience. They made it easy to feel comfortable and show my best.
