It was a really good and positive experience. There were just two interviews, and they weren't that long. The interviews happened pretty much one after the other, and they figured out their decision really fast. I didn't have to wait ages to hear back.

Had a 30-minute phone interview where we discussed my past job history and the role itself. It was a pretty standard interview. I was told my resume would be passed to the manager for the next step and I should hear back within 24 hours. I never heard back, so I followed up after a week. They told me I'd be a better fit for CL or Marketing, even though the job description said it was for Account Managers wanting to move into operations. It's kind of misleading if they don't consider candidates with Account Manager experience looking to switch to operations.

I found this role through a staffing agency, who then set up a 30-minute phone screen with the company. The agency was great to work with, but the company contact wasn't the best. She was nice but seemed really disorganized and unfocused. She talked a lot about herself and didn't ask me many questions. I didn't get much information about the job, and she couldn't answer my specific questions. I felt like I didn't get a good chance to show what I could do. She said she'd send a link to apply directly, which she did. I applied right away and emailed her to let her know, and that I was eager for the next steps. I never heard back from her. The staffing agency contacted me once to say they were also waiting to hear back from her. It's been over a month, and I haven't heard anything else.

They answered all my questions and gave really good details about the job requirements. They asked some interesting questions that you don't normally hear in a typical interview. They seem keen to find out if you're the perfect employee for them, and also to check if they're the perfect employer for you.
