First, you'll have a Zoom video call for a culture fit discussion with the People + Culture team to go over Lewer's Core Values and see if we're a good fit. After that, you'll come into the office for in-person interviews with several Lewer managers and also meet the team. That's about it!

You start with a general virtual meeting with HR. Then, you go in person to meet with about 3 leads, and they'll give you a tour of the office. The final step is to have coffee with one of the Lewer family members who are in the office each day.
