First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The League Global.
Client Representative
I had two interviews, first with HR, and the second with someone more senior. They were both very nice and direct. They explained the job, including the door-to-door sales part, before I was even hired.
- What is your motivation for joining The League Global?
Energy Consultant
The interview was over Zoom but was pretty long. It went for more than an hour, but the interviewer was really nice and we had a good conversation. They answered everything I asked and spent time getting to know me. I decided not to take the job after seeing bad reviews online, including one that said it was a pyramid scheme.
- How do you cope with being turned down?
Sales Associate
The interview process was conducted virtually via DigitalHire and was very well organized. Following that, I had a face-to-face interview over Zoom with an executive. This person was highly professional and asked insightful questions about how they manage the business and their practices, which I found very informative.
- What are your thoughts on our business structure?
- Can you explain why our company promotes from within?
Account Manager
Since it was during Covid-19, the interviews were done online. You had to record yourself answering questions that were pre-written. You'd record yourself on a webcam and had two chances to answer the question before you submitted it.
- What motivates you regarding the sales industry?
