The interview process felt way too long and old-fashioned. Six rounds for such a small marketing team felt like a lot, especially since they needed someone fast because another candidate bailed. Everyone was nice and professional, but the communication was all over the place. After the last interview, where I did a case study presentation, they said they loved it and an offer was coming. Then, nothing for a week, followed by a rejection email. I tried asking for feedback after they basically told me an offer was coming, but got no reply. Super disappointing how they handled it.

This was a really drawn-out interview process with tons of rounds and interviewers. I had to complete an assignment and then give a presentation in person to different stakeholders, which took up a lot of time. I got turned down the next day at 5:30pm on a Friday because they said I didn't have enough industry experience. Wouldn't suggest this company.

The interview process included an in-person interview on campus followed by a phone interview. Initially, the questions were behavioral, focusing on personal qualities relevant to the job, especially given the unclear responsibilities online. They wanted to gauge your passion for hospitality and your ability to work diligently and independently. The second phone interview delved into technical skills, specifically Excel and VBA, exploring your experience with projects involving data analysis, modeling, and numbers rather than just the software itself.

First, I had a phone interview with HR. After that, I had an in-person meeting with four team members, spending about 45-60 minutes with each. I followed up with HR multiple times after the interview to see if she had feedback from the team, but HR wasn't kind enough to even return my emails. It's extremely rude to bring someone in for a 4-hour interview and then not have the decency to give them a reply back.
