It was a 2 part interview. First interview was with the director and it was very informative. Second interview was with the entire Alumni Relations staff- lasted 1/2 day. The staff and the director were interested in finding out if I was a good fit for the office and if I would get along well with the staff. The director was interested in knowing if I was available to work weekends and evenings when needed. He described the position and the requirements.

It's a small organization that, like most non-profits, relies on volunteers. The workplace seems very collaborative and flexible.
