I interviewed a little while ago. It was a really thorough and well-planned interview process. It involved a panel interview with several people asking questions in a round-robin style. There was also a short work assignment that took around 30 minutes to complete.

The interview process included two phone screens. After the second one, I was given an assignment that took about 5 hours to complete. It involved creating a lesson plan for a computer science topic and providing feedback on two existing lesson plans. I felt good about my submission, but after two weeks with no word, I was told they were moving on with other candidates. I didn't get any feedback on the assignment. It was pretty frustrating to get rejected so late in the process, even though they didn't ghost me. It would have been helpful to know what they were looking for after spending so much time on it.
