The interview process was super fast, easy, and convenient. I put in my application online, and then they sent me a follow-up email. I had to do some personality tests, and then I had the actual interview. After the interview, I gave them my references, and then The Lang School reached out to me.

Behavioral Other

The interview was pretty basic with standard questions. It was hard to get a feel for the school because it's very small and felt cramped with just one long, narrow hallway. The atmosphere was a bit odd; while the other people I saw seemed nice, they didn't appear engaged in the classroom. Due to the school's size, there were very few other teachers there.
