Customer Insight Manager
The interview process involved a single round lasting one hour, which included a written test covering analysis and SQL, followed by interviews with HR and the line manager. The overall atmosphere was friendly. Both interviewers inquired about the convenience of the office location in Wong Chuk Hang. The line manager clearly outlined the role's expectations. HR mentioned the availability of shuttle buses from various key locations to and from the office, and noted that most employees finish work around their scheduled time.
- Regarding the office location, is it too far from your home?
- Could you describe your management style?
Analyst Programmer
They can have one round interview however they try to have three round interviews. Each round takes 2 weeks for waiting and the excuse is confirmation of the financial team. They try to hide in shadow and disappear for 2 weeks after they ask tons of technical questions at each round interview. No need to waste time with them. They are not hiring anyone, just want to ask and learn technology information from candidates. I took another offer.
- Can you describe the system structure of your previous company?
- What are the functions of a POS system?
- What are the functions of an ERP system?
Merchandiser Coordinator
The interview process included 3 rounds of interviews via video call with HR, the Line manager, and the Dept manager. There was an Excel assessment beforehand, testing formulas and basic functions like pivot tables. The entire process took about a month to finish.
- Do you prefer a hands-on or hands-off manager?
- What are your favorite brands?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
Retail Store Assistant
So, the interview is like, a group thing, right? First, everyone introduces themselves. Then, they'll play some videos, and you gotta answer questions based on what you saw, mostly about how to act at work.
- How would you deal with challenging workplace scenarios?
- What's your approach to situations similar to those shown in the videos?
- Based on the videos, what are your views on workplace etiquette?
