Behavioral

This was a really hostile interview. The interviewer was super arrogant. Even though I graduated 7 years ago, he focused on my lack of campus involvement outside of class, ignoring that I worked full-time throughout college. He also criticized my job history, calling 3 jobs in 8 years 'too many,' which I found hypocritical given his own LinkedIn showed he'd worked at 4 places in the same timeframe and was nearly twice my age.

Sent my resume on LinkedIn and heard back about a week later. Had a screening call 3 days after that. Then we set up an in-person interview where I met 3 people. After that, I did an online personality test. They did a background check 3-4 days later and gave me an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty basic, but I think it's more involved now. I first met with the operations director and a current sales associate for what was more of a discussion than an interview. It was a pleasant experience. Then I had a second interview with the VP of the group, which also went well. Shortly after that, I received a job offer.

I had two interviews. They asked basic questions about me, my education, and my work history. Then they told me about the job. The first interview was one-on-one, and the second was with a panel of three people.
