After submitting my application online, I was invited for an interview. The first step was a chat with HR to go over some basic things, and then they set up a second meeting with the project executive. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, with simple questions, and it all happened online via Zoom. They took the time to answer my questions, and the whole thing wrapped up in under 45 minutes.
