Creative Manager
I first connected with an internal recruiter. We had a standard phone screen where they asked basic questions about my interest in the role and what makes me a good candidate. It went well, and they said I'd hear back in a couple of days to set up a meeting with the department manager. Scheduling was easy, and after a slight delay and a reschedule, I had the meeting. The interview itself was great; we were on the same page about the job's responsibilities and how my experience could be valuable, plus there were growth opportunities. I was feeling good about it and looking forward to the next steps. The manager mentioned they'd be in touch by the end of the week to schedule the next interview. However, I never heard back. I sent follow-up emails to both the recruiter and the manager to show I was still interested, but I was completely ghosted – no updates, no rejections. I get that they're growing fast, but it feels like they messed up the hiring process by not keeping candidates informed.

Office Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. After being greeted by the office staff, I waited for the doctor to finish with a patient before we could begin. The doctor asked me several questions, making the interview feel more like a casual conversation.
- Tell me about a weakness you have.
Assistant Manager
It was tough and technical it is tedious to see it all it’s finance based and technology based so based to be specific so crack it with all you have got
