First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Jackson Clinics.
Administrative Coordinator
The interview process was pretty comfortable and I felt at ease. I ended up getting the job and I really enjoyed the whole experience. My only recommendation is to prepare for your interview.
- Could you tell us about your strengths and weaknesses?
Physical Therapist
It was pretty chill, more like a chat than an interrogation. Two interviews happened, and then I got to shadow at the clinic I might work at. The team there was nice, and I could ask others questions while floating around. Shadowing is a great idea before starting, especially for students.
- Tell me about a time you managed a challenging patient interaction.
Office Administrator
I found this job on my university's career portal. About a month after applying, I got an interview request. The process included a 30-minute phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews, each lasting an hour. The first in-person interview was at the clinic site where I'd be working, and I met with the clinic director. The second in-person interview took place at the HQ in Middleburg, where I spoke with the person I had on the phone and the executive assistant.
- The initial phone call was a basic check to understand my work style and interests.
- The first in-person interview focused on the job duties and allowed me to ask questions.
- The second in-person interview at HQ was a deeper dive, similar to the phone screening, and also covered details about benefits and salary.
Physical Therapist
The interviewer was very clear about what they were looking for in a candidate. They asked about my interest in the company, explained the role's expectations, and provided details about how the company operates. The latter half of the interview was dedicated to me asking questions. It's advisable to prepare questions about the company beforehand. The interviewer was happy to answer and clarify all my questions.
