It was a pretty standard interview process. I met with a few different people from the team I'd be joining. Everyone was really nice and seemed genuinely proud of where they work. They asked a bunch of questions about stuff I'd put on my resume and how I'd handle different scenarios. The whole thing lasted about 2 to 3 hours. Overall, it was a good experience!

I went through two phone screens, and then a really long on-site interview with multiple rounds. The first call was all about whether I'd fit in with the company culture. The second phone screen was more technical, and we talked about my past projects. After that, I was invited for six one-on-one interviews back-to-back with senior people, which took over four hours. Most of these on-site interviews were similar to the phone screens, focusing on my personality and experience, with a few technical questions thrown in. I heard back about a week later, and they said they were going with other candidates.

Behavioral Technical

It was a long interview process, with 6 back-to-back 30-minute interviews. The company really cares about how you look. If you're a guy and you don't wear a full suit, they won't even consider you. Also, they don't like facial hair for interviews or jobs.
