It was a pretty easy interview process, but the onsite interview was really long for an intern position. I got an email from the HR manager and then had an onsite interview about a week later. I got there at 8 and was done around 1. Everyone was super friendly and professional except one interviewer didn't show up. Most questions were pretty standard about work experience, computer stuff, and career goals. Since interviewers were from different departments, there were a lot of different viewpoints, but they asked a lot of the same questions over and over. By the end, I could answer them perfectly. They took me to lunch in the cafeteria afterwards. Overall, it was a good experience and they did a nice job keeping me from getting too stressed.

The interview was just one round, a phone call with two people. They were super nice and mainly asked about why Smucker and how I thought I could contribute. It had a nice vibe. They even responded to my 'thanks for your time' email afterward, but that was all. No connection after that. Their website says they will provide the reason for not choosing you, but I got nothing.

It was a laid-back group interview session happening in a large room alongside other interviews during a career fair. The interviewers were really conversational and seemed more interested in getting to know me personally instead of drilling into technical skills. The chat lasted about 30-45 minutes and, while thorough, I definitely learned a lot more about the company by the end.
