I sent in my application online and heard back from them about two months later to set up a 15-minute phone chat. After that went well, they sent me a bio form to fill out and send back, which had some pretty general questions like 'What are your career aspirations?'. Then, they called me again to schedule the First Round Interviews. This was a three-hour marathon where I talked to six different people. About two weeks after that, they phoned to tell me to do an online background check through a third-party outfit. The next step was a call to come in for Second Round Interviews and a drug test. I was there for over four hours and met seven different people. Everyone seemed really nice and I got a great vibe about the workplace. Sadly, a few days later, they called to let me know they were going with another candidate.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was thorough and took a bit longer than expected, but it was a good experience overall. They mostly asked behavioral questions and brought up a few things from my resume. I spoke with HR first, then had back-to-back meetings with four different managers. Everyone was really friendly, approachable, and professional. My suggestion: be friendly and talkative when responding to questions.
