It was a 6 step interview process, met with IT management, HR, and on-site engineering leads plus the site manager. Half the interviews were virtual, and half were on site. The interview wasn't difficult, and it really helped me get a feel for the people I'd be working with.

So first I had a phone interview with like an HR person and the manager for the department. The HR person, I'm not sure if they were outsourced, but they didn't seem to know that much about the job itself. After that, I spoke with the department manager. It was a quick chat and she didn't really dig into details with her questions.

The interview process started with a phone call, followed by a few group interviews. Then, there was an interview with the hiring manager and another one with HR. It was a pretty lengthy process, so be ready to take time off work if you're currently employed.
