It was a super long and incredibly thorough process. I talked to 5 different people in total. The recruiter and the hiring manager both seemed to think I was a good fit, but after I interviewed with the Brand Managers, it became pretty clear they were looking for a different type of candidate.

The interview process was really smooth and detailed. They hit me with a lot of questions about my interests, why I liked Smuckers, and my reasons for wanting a new job. I didn't get an offer because the recruiter said they'd already found someone they loved. Funny thing is, a couple of weeks later, I saw the exact same job posting again, and they were still hiring.

The process started with a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was asked to come on-site for an interview, which is still to be scheduled.
