The interview process was super clear and straightforward. I had two interviews: the first with the HR hiring manager, and the second with my potential direct supervisor. The initial interview focused on the job's duties, my background, and what the company offers. The hiring manager said they'd follow up next week, but they actually got back to me sooner to set up the second interview. During that second chat, we again discussed my past roles and experience. They didn't explicitly offer me the job after that, but I heard back the same day or the day after. Both interviews felt really relaxed, with no overly complex or unnecessary questions, just very direct.

I applied online and got a call from talent management for a phone screening. Then I had a Zoom interview with the same talent management person. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Then they sent me a skills test, which I completed and sent back. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything, so I asked for an update. They said they're still reviewing applications and interviews. Never heard back after that, and wasn't even told I didn't get the job. Kind of unprofessional to leave me hanging after all that.

The interview process involved 4 rounds, but 2 had to be rescheduled at the company's request. The interviewers for the last 2 rounds seemed uninterested and gave vague answers to my questions. After the 4th interview, I was completely ghosted. I replied to the HR rep I had been in contact with, thanking them and asking about decisions. I received no reply, not even a standard form letter. This lack of respect after 4 interviews makes me feel like I dodged a bullet, as I assume the treatment is even worse once hired.

HR manager reached out first, asked some questions, and was super friendly and helpful. Then, I was connected with the marketing hiring manager via email to set up an interview with the VP of Marketing. Both the hiring manager and the VP were great - friendly and professional. They talked about what the company needed, asked relevant questions, and didn't waste my time. I didn't end up taking the job for personal reasons, but I think highly of them and would recommend them.
