I felt a connection from the start with Ashley Campbell, who reached out because a former employee recommended me. My initial chat with Ashley lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then, Chris Mathew joined to discuss my motivation for working here. He showed an impressive depth of industry knowledge. The executive team seems very competent, and I believe this is a place where one can truly succeed and find a long-term career. Their future plans are innovative and beyond what I could have imagined. The team is committed to pioneering new and unprecedented initiatives, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.

The hiring process is a bit tough and takes a few weeks to complete, but they really focus on the details. I was a little annoyed that they mention quarterly bonuses, but don't tell you they're actually based on a higher percentage of your productivity. It felt like they lured me in with promises that seemed achievable, but once I got the job and started working towards the extended goals, the quarterly bonuses weren't as easy to get as they made it sound.

It has a total of three parts. First, you'll meet with Ashley who runs HR. She'll talk about the company and see what you know about the job. Then, you'll meet your new boss. They'll ask how you'd handle some situations. Lastly, you'll meet at least 3 people, maybe more. You'll meet your boss-to-be, the COO, the VP, and maybe even the President. They'll ask all sorts of questions about your personality, how you'd handle situations, and how you handled things in the past and what your past jobs were. Be ready, these interviews are tough.

The interview process was pretty standard. I interviewed over the phone first with the corporate recruiter. She then contacted me to schedule the face to face in Lewisville. After that, I met with the hiring manager and was told that the panel interview would be scheduled next and I would pitch my current company. The following week, I met with the owners, the hiring manager, and the recruiter. I pitched my current product set and was contacted within a couple days with an offer.
