Marketing Specialist
super easy process, I did a presentation where I talked about my skills, like the software I know and my thought process - it was a good overall experience
- What SaaS or online tools do you use regularly?
- Do you have experience with A/B testing?
- What makes you passionate about marketing?
Influencer Marketing Manager
The first interview was to talk about the job and my background. Then I had to do a case study, which I then presented in the second interview. They said they'd get back to me in a few days but I never heard anything. I followed up but still nothing. It's a bummer because I worked hard on the task and was hoping for some useful feedback.
- What are your expectations from a company?
Paid Media Manager
I had a quick 15 min chat and then got a task to do with a 3 day deadline. The task was quite a lot of work and took about a day and a half to finish. After I submitted, I heard nothing, even after I followed up. Even if my presentation was bad (which it wasn't, I know my stuff) they could have at least responded to say they aren't moving forward with my application. I feel like I wasted a weekend.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Influencer Marketing Manager
This was honestly one of the best interview experiences I've had in a while. The whole process was super organized and really clear from the beginning to the end, which honestly made it way less stressful.
- Tell me about a successful influencer marketing campaign you managed. What made it work so well?
- What's your method for picking and checking influencers? How do you make sure they fit the brand's values and objectives?
- Can you share an instance where a campaign didn't turn out as expected? What did you do, and what lessons did you take away?
