The interview process was super easy. It was a short sit-down with questions covering both behavioral and standard interview topics. Don't stress about it, it's really not difficult. You should get ready for questions about your strengths and weaknesses, and what you might contribute to the team, for example.

The interview process was really relaxed and enjoyable, not much pressure at all, but still professional. It felt like chatting with a friend and I was made comfortable immediately. The whole thing was about 30 minutes. I was asked some typical interview questions, a few scenario-based questions, and then we talked about the company's current changes and growth.

I knew they were hiring so I walked in dress cute with my resume and asked for the manager. She introduced herself and asked if I could have the interview right then and there. I said yes and she took me to the back room. She asked me regular questions like prior experience and availability. She also asked me how I would sell an item or greet a customer. She ended up offering me the job right after the interview. It was the easiest and quickest job process I've ever been through.

You'll need to get in touch with the owner to set up a time to chat. Then, you'll have a quick and easy meeting with the owner where they'll ask you some standard questions from a questionnaire. After it's all done, the owner will let you know they'll be in contact.
