Clinical Research Coordinator
The whole interview thing was super fast. I should have seen that as a red flag, but I didn't until after it was done. I think the whole process took about a week or maybe a week and a half.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Provider
First, I spoke with the recruiter. Then, I had a Zoom interview with someone more senior. Three days later, I got a verbal offer over the phone, which I accepted. I completed the credentialing application online and have been waiting for a start date for 2.5 months now. The original recruiter isn't with the company anymore, and the new recruiter doesn't reply to emails or calls for 2-3 business days. The credentialing manager is totally unresponsive to all communication attempts. This has been super frustrating, and I'm hesitant to start with this company based on this initial experience. I haven't even begun working, and they're already failing at communication.

Clinical Psychologist
So I'm applying for this contract gig, 1-2 days a month, through IMA. The recruiter called me out of the blue, like 3 months after I applied, asking if I was still interested. During the call, the recruiter didn't know much about the job, couldn't find anyone to give me details, and mentioned low pay with some room for negotiation. He set up an interview with an Operations Manager, promising to send more info about the role and pay. But no email with the interview link came. I followed up, and the recruiter apologized, saying the manager couldn't make it and that they were waiting on another candidate. He said he'd update me later.

Production Planning Specialist
The interview process included a true/false psychological test, a logic test, and then interviews with managers and an HR representative. There was also a part in English. We took a tour of the company, and they gave a general overview of the company's processes and the tasks involved in the role.
