Digital Marketing Specialist
So many interviews man. A bunch of assessments that take hours to complete. They rushed through every single interview. The interviewers seemed really uninterested, dismissive, and rude. What a waste of time and energy. Just avoid this place unless you fit exactly what they're looking for, but good luck finding that out, they won't tell you.
- If your life was a book, what chapter is it right now?
- What are three things you're good at?
- And what are three things you're bad at?
Marketing Analyst
I applied online and then emailed the head of HR. He scheduled a phone chat with me, and it went really well. He said they were super interested, so he would schedule an interview with the Marketing department manager and get me started. I figured everything was good, but after a few days, I followed up, and he passed me off to another HR rep. I tried contacting her a couple of times, but nothing else happened. They kept me hanging, and it was a total waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
- Can you review my resume and tell me what you see?
- What can you contribute to our team?
- What is your motivation for working with us?
Account Executive
Getting an interview can be challenging unless you have a referral. There are multiple interviews because there are many open positions, meaning you might meet with various managers and teams during your first interview. Since there are several layers of management, you can expect to meet with people from different levels. The onboarding process varies; sometimes training is provided, and sometimes it's not.

Human Resources Business Partner
Had 2 phone screens that were 1 hour each. Then a 3 hour face to face interview with a panel and 2 separate one on one interviews happened on the same day. I met the team I would be working with and the people I would be supporting. I felt confident I would get the job and an offer after the interview.
- Can you explain the recruiting process?
