So there were two phone interviews, and then I went in person to meet with four different people. After that, we toured the office and talked about what happens next. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview was done online. It had two parts, and each was around 30 mins long. I met with the manager/lead, a director, and a peer. Nothing tricky. It went as I thought it would because I felt like I was good enough for the job.

So, the interview process for this role began with a phone call. After that, I went in for an on-site interview where I met with several people. Finally, they extended an offer. This all happened back in the fall of 2013, so the current interview steps might be different.

The recruiter called about 5 minutes late, but they were super nice. They explained what they were looking for and asked about my background. In the end, the pay wasn't worth the work required, as the maximum I could make was $55k, which is less than my previous job. They did mention it's a remote position with only one day in the office per week. The salary range they offered was $40k-$55k, including a small commission. I politely declined, and we wrapped up the call soon after.
