I met with two women. The first interview was about an hour. It was really nice. I didn't have to wait at all, I felt really comfortable. The vibe was good. I knew right away there'd be a second interview. The second interview was the next week with the office manager. It went great, it was about an hour and a half. She told me right away she wanted me to join. I just had to wait for the other two people applying. I was anxious after the interviews because I really wanted to get this job! They gave me the job descriptions right away.

The hiring process felt unorganized and spanned over weeks between each of the 4 stages. While they didn't make me feel unwelcome, they weren't in a particular hurry either. Since I was relocating, they were accommodating in scheduling interviews around my availability. After two in-person interviews, I received a job offer over the phone. Initially, they presented a low salary offer, but eventually negotiated to a wage close to the industry standard. The interviews themselves weren't overly challenging, but the overall process was lengthy.

It was a super chill and comfortable interview, more like a chat than a rapid-fire Q&A. They just wanted me to be myself. I ended up chatting with both the general sales manager and the person who would be my direct supervisor. They both made it really easy to talk. We discussed my previous experience and things like whether I had dependable transportation.
