So after I applied, they sent me a video scenario with some questions to check my skills on assessing claimants. Then, I had a recorded phone interview where I was asked 5 questions.

The interview process was organized and thorough, with self-learning encouraged and supported by a Zoom and in-person meeting. Everything happened as described, step-by-step. If you're hands-off, a self-learner, and okay without daily direction, this could be a good fit.

The coordinator for the people team did a great job keeping the interview schedule organized and sending out timely updates across the five weeks of interviews. Many of the interviewers asked really insightful questions that also gave me a good feel for what it's like to work at The Helper Bees. I did have a strange moment during my conversation with the CTO where it seemed like he wasn't sure what role I was applying for. Even so, about a week after talking to the CTO, I got a nice rejection from the CPO. I didn't get any response when I asked for feedback, even though I put a lot of time into the process.
