Behavioral Case Presentation

So basically the interview process I went through, it started with a recruiter screening me to see if I was qualified and would fit the culture. Then, there were like one or two rounds where I talked with the hiring manager and some team leads. They asked me behavioral questions, like using the STAR method, and also gave me some case studies to see how I'd solve problems and if I understood the business side of things. The last part was usually a chat with a senior leader or director. I always prep by looking into the company's strategy and thinking about my own experiences.

Behavioral

Sleek has the best interview process I've been in. It was online and I could submit a video any time within the deadline, which was very convenient. Everyone was also very friendly and approachable.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and the whole thing took about 5 weeks. First, HR called to check my availability. Then I went to the office for an interview with HR, which was mostly pleasant. They asked me to leave so the boss could come in. Interestingly, he was the only one who actually greeted me. The CMO also took the time to say hello, but other employees were rushing around. I was then told I needed to go to an agency for further testing, which I did the same day. Shortly after, I found out I wasn't selected.
