Marketing Intern
It was a 2 round process. First with HR and then with the hiring manager. The hiring manager round was about 35 to 45 minutes long. It was a really good chat, and both the HR person and the hiring manager were super helpful.

- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- What are you hoping to get out of this internship?
Internal Communications Intern
It was a very thorough application, but the interviewer was approachable and understanding. I spoke with my interviewer over several phone calls for a duration of several weeks. Each conversation went deeper in getting to know how I would behave and communicate, as this was essential for my role as liaison with the Technical and Communications departments.
- The interviewer wanted to get to know me on a personal level.
- After reviewing my qualifications, she wanted to see if I was the right fit for the team.
