I went through the selection process until the group interview stage. I found it an interesting and different stage because the candidates introduce themselves and talk about their student and professional careers to everyone on the call.

The selection process had few steps and was quite fast, but I felt a lack of personal touch when receiving feedback about advancing in the stages, especially when it was negative, like 'We decided to proceed with another candidate with a better match for the role, but keep trying'. How can we improve if we receive something like this?

The process was smooth, the interviews were well conducted, however the company did not offer any feedback on the process. It was mentioned that there would be a follow-up, but after 4 weeks, nothing, even after asking the recruiter about the process status, I didn't get any response. The process is quite smooth, the questions are very direct, but this lack of feedback is quite bad, especially because of the anxiety we candidates feel after the interviews.
