The Heineken interview process typically starts with submitting an online application. After that, HR will usually give you a call or video chat. For some jobs, especially if they are for graduates or involve a lot of analysis, you might have to do some online tests that check your math, reading, or logic skills. Then, you'll likely have one or more interviews with the people who would be your manager or on your team. These interviews could be online or in person, and they'll probably ask you about times you've faced certain situations and how you handled them, using the STAR method. Some jobs, like those in marketing or sales, might require you to give a short presentation or work through a case study. To wrap things up, they'll check your references, and if everything looks good, they'll offer you the job. Basically, they want to see if you're a good fit for the company culture and if you can do the job.

I was contacted by a recruitment agent. Then, I had a video interview with an HR person who asked 5 questions. I personally think video interviews aren't the best way to assess candidates because they don't allow for genuine personality expression due to time constraints for both thinking and answering. It took Heineken several months to get back to me after the video interview. After that, I had a face-to-face interview, two in fact, within two days. The first was competency-based, and the second was more informal. I was informed it would be a lateral move with a lot of work flexibility, but I haven't seen that yet.
