It's a very bureaucratic process. You go through up to 4 interview stages depending on the position you're applying for. First, there are two stages with the HR department, and then up to two more interviews with your potential boss and even your boss's boss.
- How have you performed in a similar role before?
Analyst
The Heineken selection process starts with an online application, followed by tests (if needed). Then, there's an initial interview, either by phone or video, to check your experience and fit with the company culture. After that, group activities happen to see teamwork skills. Then, managers conduct behavioral and technical interviews to dig deeper into your competencies. For leadership roles, there might be a final stage with a presentation or panel to assess strategic abilities.
- What made you pick Heineken?
- How do you adjust to changes and fast-paced settings?
- Describe a situation where you came up with a creative solution to a problem.
Senior Analyst
The selection process was very well structured with 5 phases, HR team, English tests and a technical interview. The company's proposal for innovation is quite tempting and current. The salary offered is aligned with the market.
- What were your personal goals and how were they integrated with your professional life?
