Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The HEINEKEN Company.
Sales Executive
I went through the whole process, which included getting a declaration from the DETRAN about my driving record. I reached the final stage where I presented a case study to the dealership manager and the HR person. They both liked it and said they would get back to me, but they never did. It was disrespectful, especially since I had a lot of admiration for the company and really wanted to join.
- Questions about daily sales activities and situations that occur at the point of sale.
Sales Executive
The interview process was a bit lengthy, but worth it. I had to complete an intermediate Excel test and prepare a slide presentation for a case study involving two points of sale (PDV). The downside was the limited time provided to assemble the material.

It was a very human and welcoming process, with constant feedback on the stages. From the first contact to each phase, you feel good, like a real chat. Both the recruiter and the area managers were very polite.
- Can you tell me about your previous role?
- What are some of your key experiences?
