Had 2 interviews, one with HR and one with the team. They asked general questions about day-to-day responsibilities. They also asked about my past experience and challenges I've faced and how I handled them. It was a pretty standard interview process.

It was a two stage interview process. First, I talked with HR, and then I spoke with the direct supervisor. It was done over Facetime/Skype. They offered me less than I asked for, and when I declined, they sent another offer, still below what I asked for. They hire as an independent contractor, not as a wage or salary employee.

I interviewed twice, each interview was 30 minutes long and conducted over Skype. The whole process took about two weeks. The interviewers were really nice and helpful. It was an easy interview. The first interview was for a counselor position, but then I got recommended for a specialist role (they had art or science options), and that second interview was for the science specialist position. This was a summer job.

The job description was super clear and detailed. The whole thing took just over a week and had about 2 or 3 rounds. First up was a 30-minute video chat. Then, there was an hour-long panel interview with three people from the team I'd be joining. Lastly, a quick phone call with the manager to chat about the role again and answer any questions I had. I really liked how open and honest they were throughout the whole thing.
