It started with a typical phone screening with HR, then a pretty wild 9+ person panel interview with employees where they didn't even send a rejection email. Kind of tacky.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and got an email from Angie. They asked me to come in for a writing test and an in-person interview. I met with my boss Jeanne and others. I showed my portfolio and they accused me of sharing work without permission, even though I had approval. They talked down to me and made fun of me. Then I met the head of the agency. He asked if I knew how to get places on time and if I knew how to write. The writing test was to summarize something for a client. There was also an Excel test where everyone seemed to Google the answers. The final step was a free analysis of a client's website, which I declined. A former employee said I made the right choice.

I sent in my application via email with my writing samples, cover letter, and resume. Then I had a quick phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. After that, there was a skills test, and then a final call from the president.

Right after I sent in my application, I had a 30-minute video interview over Zoom with two people. They were nice and answered my questions well. After that, I had a one-hour writing test. About two weeks later, they called me with an offer.
