It was an easy interview, and they pretty much let you know if you got the job right away. They're mostly looking for people who are friendly and outgoing. They'll ask you about your past experiences and what skills you have. It felt more like a chat to get to know you.

A recruiter contacted me about this position. The recruiter mentioned their coworker submitted me. I was waiting for weeks before I was told they wanted to interview me. The day of the interview, my interviewer had to reschedule because he was needed elsewhere. We rescheduled for the following week. The first interview was over the phone. It went great, and the interviewer wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. I never got the second interview. I followed up weekly with him and my recruiter. About a week and a half after my phone interview, my recruiter told me the interviewer and his coworker apologized and that I'd hear from them that day. I didn't. I gave up and applied for retail jobs, and was quickly hired. I updated the interviewer about this a few weeks after our first call. He responded to say congrats and that he enjoyed our talk. I asked for feedback on why I wasn’t moved forward. I got no response. The recruiter who did interview prep with me had the audacity to say 'once this gets going, it's going to be a quick interview process!' My advice? Trust no one in the interview process for a corporate job here from The Halal Guys and from any recruiting companies dealing with them.

Super straightforward interview process. You meet with the GM first, and if they like you, they'll set up another interview with the DM. The interview itself was pretty average, nothing too tough. If you're feeling good about yourself and what you can do, you should be fine.

it was super chill, they were nice and understanding and it didn’t take too long either, they just wanted to get to know me, which was cool i guess lol, but other than that yeah it was a regular thing
