So, there were two people and they just read questions from a paper, didn't really deviate. They kept looking at each other, but I don't think they looked at me much when I was answering. The person before me seemed kind of amused when she left, and I got why during the interview. I wish I'd had a chance to chat with her beforehand, but the guy who was the new head supervisor came out to get me right away.

The interview process involved a clinical supervisor asking around 10 to 12 questions. It was a rather long interview. They were interested in my experience with treatment plans and working with the Juvenile Justice population. I had to respond to a scenario using behaviorally specific language to showcase my experience servicing the SED and DD populations.

It was a typical interview process. Started with a short phone interview, then an in-person. I interviewed for a therapist role with the adult and family program, but I ended up declining. The interview had a bit of a tense vibe, and the director I spoke with seemed to have no personality and acted like a tool. I've heard a lot about how things are there since then, and honestly, I'm really glad I didn't take the offer because things have worked out way better for me since.

It was a simple one on one interview. I met with the supervisor who went over the details for pay. After we discussed the percentage of pay, he described the clientele. Basically regularly insurance clients, adults, families and children. It was simple, he was nice. Unfortunately it is contractual, so what you bill , you get paid.
