Accountant
The interview process was seamless and very smooth. It's a good environment to work in and it's clean. The organization really values its employees, and the team members are all very good at their jobs.
- What is your salary expectations
Analyst
The recruiter reached out on Linkedin and we discussed an opportunity. He asked standard questions about my job search status and salary expectations. Then I went to the client's office for an in-person interview with their hiring manager. After that, I had a phone interview with the company they were sourcing for. She also asked about my background and usual questions. Then I had an in-person interview at the client's office which was a panel interview with 5 people. They asked similar questions and talked about the company's history. I also got a tour of the office. The employees seemed unhappy and the office ambiance felt depressing. However, the manager I interviewed with was energetic and knowledgeable. I declined the offer because the senior recruiter was too pushy and unprofessional, constantly contacting me at all hours. He wanted to know my thoughts on the company and if I would accept the position, even while I was still in my in-person interview. The younger recruiter was nice and easy to talk to. The whole process was very stressful, and I suggest a less aggressive approach.
- Can you tell me about your resume and what successes you've had in your past roles?
- What motivates you to pursue this particular position?
- What are your career aspirations?
Technical Recruiter
I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter contacted me in less than a week. We had a FaceTime interview on Wednesday and she said she'd get back to me by the end of the week, but never did. I emailed her a thank you and then again on Monday to follow up, still no response. I'm disappointed when they say they'll contact me and then don't. I was excited about the position and growth opportunities.
- How do you handle stress?
Social Recruiting Specialist
The hiring and interview process was actually enjoyable! I participated in 2 interviews, a phone screening and an in-person with multiple members of the team. My interviewee and I connected multiple times throughout the process and everyone was very transparent with their answers to my questions.
