First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Go Solution.
Account Executive
It was a pretty in-depth interview process. They asked a lot of questions about my previous jobs and how they relate to this role. There were also some questions about interpersonal skills relevant to the position. Overall, it was a really engaging experience.
- Can you describe a situation where you took the lead in a group setting?
Insurance Agent
So the interview process involved talking about my sales background and then they asked me some situational sales questions. I had to answer questions about how I'd handle rebuttals or objections from clients. They also asked some questions about my customer service skills and how I've dealt with challenges in the past.
- What would you do if a client wanted to discuss a sale with their spouse before finalizing?
- How would you handle a client who expressed hesitation to close a deal, stating they need to consult their spouse?
Accountant
The interview process was standard. The CEO and controller are nice people. They ask upfront about compensation, but it won't be mentioned because the pay is low. The background check is difficult due to the company they use. References are called, but the background check company fails to mention that references need to complete a form. There is also a personal credit check involved.
- Can you answer basic accounting questions?
- How do you handle and adapt to change?
- Are you familiar with technology that can help advance the accounting department?
Inside Sales
The interview process wasn't too difficult, especially if you have prior sales experience, making it quite easy to get hired. It started with a phone interview where I was asked general questions about my sales background. Following that, an interview was scheduled, and within two days of completing it, I received an offer.
- What sales techniques are you familiar with?
- Can you describe your background in sales?
