Parking was really tough, had to park way down the street. Security is super strict, they have to walk you to the bathroom and wait outside like little kids. It was just weird not having a bathroom in the lobby. The interviewer was late by more than 10 minutes. We then walked outside to a different building which was okay, but the room was big and unfinished and had a really bad echo. They asked behavioral questions from a list, it felt really stiff and impersonal. The manager was nice once they got off script though. They also gave me a Wonderlic test as part of the qualification after the interview. I got a low offer the same day without even seeing the facility. The pay was way below what's normal for this industry, so I tried to negotiate it up to be closer to the average based on stats, but it didn't work.

I talked with 5 different people, from different departments. The manager was the last person I spoke with, and we talked about my past experiences, my future goals, and current projects/interests. The manager then went on to explain the job duties, requirements, and company policies. At certain points, he asked me questions about my knowledge related to the position and the specific functions of the job. While writing down my answers, he also explained what other departments I would interact with daily. Finally, he described the company's mission and how I could develop my career within the organization.

So first there was a test I had to do, and if I passed that (which I did), I then interviewed with the hiring manager. The manager was new to the company and she talked about how the company was growing, and I talked about why I wanted to work there.
