The recruiter initially contacted me to give me an overview of the company and the position. After submitting my application, I had to go through some very long and exhausting personality tests. The interview itself was held at their Etobicoke office and was in-person. Initially, there was one interviewer, but then another joined. Afterwards, the first interviewer left, which was a bit unsettling. I didn't receive any feedback after the interview, so I had to follow up after three weeks and was then sent a rejection that felt like an automated response.

They found me on LinkedIn and the recruiter got me an interview with the Director of Recruiting and a Regional Manager. I then did a ride day with a Sales Representative. It was a very detailed process.

I had a really good interview process, I connected well with both recruiters. We had numerous talks about the position, company, and what to expect. They were upfront about the difficulty, which I knew because I'm already in the industry. The compensation package was nice, with a draw for the first couple years. I travel a lot, so they worked with me to pick the right date to meet. I declined because I wasn't ready to leave my current company.
