The interview process was really nice. I had an online interview with HR and then two separate 1:1 on-site interviews with hiring managers. The interviews focused on my experience related to the job and my personal background. It felt like they genuinely wanted to know me and my career goals. They were also open about the company, the role, and what they expect. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a great interview experience because the conversations were consistently good, and the logistics were handled smoothly. The Global Recruitment Manager was especially helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

After applying online, I had a series of phone calls and Skype interviews. Everyone was very personable, professional, and asked great questions, making for good two-way communication. The final interview involved a presentation and a case study, followed by additional questions. It was professional and thorough, aiming to find the right candidates. While challenging, I enjoyed the interview. One aspect I didn't enjoy and hope they change is their policy on interview expenses. Despite being away from home for over 12 hours, they wouldn't cover a meal, parking, or a cab to/from the airport, which was puzzling for a consulting company where employees travel frequently. This made me question if they would cover reasonable travel expenses if an offer were made. The people and interview were good, but their expense policy needs amendment.
