Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed for a Solutions Architect job at TFG Infotec. First, there was a screening interview with HR. Then, an intro meeting with a panel. After that, they gave me an assessment to do. Finally, I presented the assessment to the panel. My experience was mixed; they liked my technical presentation and said I did great research and covered everything in detail, even more than others. But, I was failed for a small error that wasn't even part of the assessment rules. I think they were scared of the Bash CTO, instead of judging my work fairly. They failed me for a use case not mentioned in the assessment. It's weird because the CTO wasn't even in the interview, but the panel used his name to fail me. This makes me wonder about the work environment and if mistakes aren't allowed around the CTO. Is the CTO aware his name is being used like this? Is he really that strict, or is this just an excuse to get rid of candidates? I hope the CTO sees this and knows his staff is misrepresenting him and creating a bad image of Bash and TFG.

I had my interview with the Head of dept since the hiring manager was busy with a crisis in the call center and answered x2 calls while I was answering hes questions. I was called for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager who kept on asking if I knew certain people that worked at my previous companies whom I did not know, which I found to be strange. She also explained they have very manual reporting but spends her time doing the team leaders work; x3 Teamleaders left in a space of 2 months. Also failed to explain team leader growth but insisted on agent growth.
