Got a LinkedIn message from someone at the company. She called me out of the blue, luckily I was free to chat. We talked about what kinds of jobs I'm looking for, my salary expectations, and I was asked to send my resume over. She seemed to have a specific role in mind but was kinda vague about it. Then, I got an email asking for my resume and salary expectations again, which I sent back super quick. She messed up and replied to me thinking she was forwarding the email to someone else, and in it she was complaining about me, saying 'another one looking to make more than (X amount of money)...'. Super unprofessional. If this is how they talk about candidates, I don't want to work with them. Things have changed, people know what they're worth now with sites like Glassdoor. Staffing agencies need to catch up and pay people what they deserve.

Behavioral Presentation

I spoke with three managers who were very open with me. They invited me to ask questions and gave me truthful responses. While they mentioned many employees who have been successful long-term, they made it clear that success requires significant effort. They explained that the business is challenging initially, but success is achieved over time. Business development is crucial, but they provide all the necessary tools for success. I had the chance to talk with any employee to get their perspective on the firm.

The interview process was nice, I felt welcomed. However, I didn't know anything and was rejected due to lack of experience. The market needs to give opportunities for candidates to qualify. Until then, many young people will remain unemployed in Brazil.
