You apply, they give you a call and ask you to complete an assignment, and then they never communicate back with you. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional they were. I do not know if they are a good company or not, if working there is great, but not communicating is not a good thing.

The interview was fun and engaging. I had a great conversation with Ms. Knoff about the firm and its mission. I also met some employees and learned about their experiences. It lasted about an hour and was smooth overall.

I had a recruiter reach out first and then I was connected with the firm's owner, Tehrrek. I ended up speaking with T on the phone a couple of times. Those calls were mainly for sharing information and asking questions. The initial interview was handled by someone from the recruiting team who seemed a bit flustered and not very organized. But, the following interviews with T and Ryan were enjoyable, informative, and pretty laid-back. After the interviews, I had to submit my licensing details, undergo a background check, and complete an online assessment.

I connected with someone from a recruiting team and we discussed the role further. The first two interviews were with two kind individuals who made me feel comfortable. They inquired about my past work experience and hobbies to assess compatibility with the company culture. I then had another interview with the same two people. The final interview was with the President, a very approachable and genuine person focused on helping others. We discussed daily responsibilities, the work environment, and future expectations. Following these three meetings, I felt a strong desire to join the company.
