So first, there was a phone interview, and then I had to do a mock lesson on-site. They really wanted to know how I would handle kids who were being super disruptive and how I'd manage those situations. It's important to have solid answers for those really tough scenarios that could pop up. The mock lesson was a great opportunity to show off my classroom management skills and connect with the kids.
