The interview process was long and detailed, but it seemed necessary for selecting the right people who make up TFD. I had three interview rounds over one to two weeks, and they told me what to expect for each. There are also 1-2 written tests, and it's important not to overthink them. If you're yourself and good at customer service/professionalism, you'll fit in well.

The phone interview was pretty standard, however I had two issues. The person interviewing me was pretty stiff conversationally which made the conversation feel awkward between me and them. But my main complaint is that I listed in my application and cover letter that I could only work remotely which I discovered at the end of the call disqualified me from the position. Why did they let me have the interview in the first place then? They could have saved me time and effort by just sending an email if they had actually done their job and read up on my info.

I applied online and about a week later, they reached out to schedule a 30-minute phone interview. During that call, they asked about my background and what drew me to the position and the company. They also shared details about the company and the job. Following that, I was given an assessment which involved responding to typical customer inquiries. After that, I was invited for a follow-up chat with members of the customer experience team. I didn't move forward with this last interview because I would have needed to relocate, but I had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with, and the company seemed great.
