Exercise Coach
It was a really good interview process. They were super organized and planned everything well, with a great system. They really showed their passion for helping people. The environment felt relaxed, and I liked all the equipment and weights. It's a good concept for improving health.
- Can you share one failure you've experienced in life?
Coach
The interview was about 30 minutes long and very informal. We started with a tour of the gym, and I was shown how to use the equipment and how it felt. Afterward, we sat down in the office to talk about the role, my responsibilities, and what the expectations are.
- What makes you want to be a Coach with us?

I had a phone screen with the owner over FaceTime first. After that, I had an in person interview on site with the manager. They never got back to me after that. The process was fine, but not as professional as bigger companies sometimes.
- On a scale, how would you rate your coaching, admin, and sales skills?
- What would you say to a client who doubted your coaching credentials?
Personal Trainer
The interview felt pretty relaxed, but still really professional. They made me feel super welcome and at ease. The manager just asked me some basic stuff about when I can work and then we talked about the company culture here at The Exercise Coach.
- What's your approach when a client seems unmotivated?
