I went through a few interviews with different people on the team over about three weeks. I heard back about a week after applying and the first interview was a phone screen.

I sent in my application online. The director called me for a chat the very next business day. Then, I went for an in-person interview at the Excel Center in Muncie, Indiana back in May 2023.

I applied through my school and got an interview. It was a 1:1 meeting where they reviewed my coursework and talked about the internship process. We discussed expectations for both sides and my experience with therapy treatments, as well as working with children in crisis.

Behavioral Technical

I submitted the usual online application and then got an email about a phone interview. After that, they had me complete some job-related questions to see if they'd move forward with me. The recruiter I spoke with wasn't very knowledgeable about the job's technical aspects, so I couldn't get most of my questions answered. The call quality was also terrible, with the phone constantly cutting out, which made the interview uncomfortable and difficult. Apparently, other candidates had mentioned the same phone issue to him, but he hadn't done anything about it. I'm not sure why.
