I applied in mid-September and by late-September, they reached out to set up an interview. I interviewed in early October and then in late October, I got an email saying I wasn't selected. The interview was just a phone call with an HRBP, she was friendly and talked a lot, maybe a bit too much for an interview.

They were really professional and asked some great questions about the job. It was a panel interview with three people: two chaplains and the case manager. I was actually on vacation in another country at the time, but they were really accommodating with scheduling the interview.
